When Ellana was 8 yrs old, she received her first album, “The Wiz” as a gift. She would spend hours in the mirror with a brush as her microphone singing the songs and pretending to be Dorothy. A Star was born!
Ellana is a native of Baltimore, Maryland where she attended and earned a degree in Radio, Television and Film from Morgan State University. While attending Morgan she performed with the renown Morgan State University choir. After graduating from college, Ellana continued her love affair with performing in local films, theatre companies and competitions before moving to Los Angeles.
Since moving to LA, Ellana has studied with the Meisner Center, M.K.Lewis and The Groundlings to name a few, and she has performed at Theater Theatre, Stella Adler and The Egyptian Arena in Hollywood.
Ellana is very excited about her career because with GOD all things are possible!
